Corvenia receives order from Nordic industrial group – platform to be implemented across seven companies
Corvenia has received an order from Demano Group AS to connect its seven companies to the platform for group management and analytics. The solution will consolidate financial and operational data from existing business systems.
Built to follow the group’s growth
The agreement is priced per connected company. Additional connections could increase its value, although future acquisitions and expansion are not guaranteed. The initial agreement is not considered material to Corvenia’s revenue.
The order comes ahead of the proposed reverse takeover involving Beyond Frames. That transaction remains under review and has not been completed.
