Corvenia calls extraordinary general meeting and proposes four new board members
Corvenia has called an extraordinary general meeting for 29 October 2026. Four new board members are proposed to support the company’s next growth phase and international expansion.
Proposed board appointments
The nominees are Carl Johan Grandinson, Dariush Ghatan, Anders Fuchs and Magnus Rosengren. Their experience spans commercial expansion, building groups of companies, software partnerships and brand strategy.
Øivind Horpestad is proposed to remain Chairman, with Bård Myrstad continuing as a board member. The appointments are proposals for the shareholders to consider at the meeting.
Meeting details
The meeting is scheduled for 29 October 2026 at 10:00 at Artillerigatan 42, first floor, Stockholm. Digital participation will also be available. Registration is due by 26 October; the official notice sets out the participation requirements and proposed resolutions.
