Strike with Steel: Ghosts of Tabor’s New Samurai Pack Delivers a Deadly Upgrade

When you’re trying to survive until extraction, you can’t always rely on the safe cover and good distance that a well-planned firefight can provide to get you through the day. Sometimes combat is going to get up close and personal. And thanks to today’s update, Ghosts of Tabor players can deliver that personal taste of vengeance kiwami style. Available starting today $3.99 the Samurai Weapon Pack DLC equips players with the all new katana sword, a kabuto helmet, and themed skins for the Vant LM, Vant VM Shield, and H&K MP5.

“Following last year’s Eastwood DLC, Ghosts of Tabor has now gone from the Wild West to the Far East in search of history’s greatest gear,” said Scott Albright, Founder & CEO, Combat Waffle Studios. “Modern warfare has been well represented in the game, but there are so many iconic weapons from the past that we know our players would love to take in hand. Ghosts of Tabor’s ‘Trust No One’ motto isn’t really in keeping with the loyalty and honor of the Bushido code – but then again, no samurai ever really had to face a challenge like ours.”

Today’s update also introduces a number of big fixes and improvements, including the addition of shields for all players, a major refactor of backpacks, and the additions of a gear slot for the helmet.
